全球纸业（东非）有限公司创始于1999年，投入资本480万美元， 是东非唯一一家大型造纸企业，率先采用环保节能的废纸再造工艺，自2000年起年年通过UNBS的审核，产品质量达到乌干达国家质量检验标准，是最早使用UNBS认证标志的企业之一。并于2010年5月通过ISO9001：2008国际质量管理体系。企业目标是“生产高质量低成本的产品，生产符合国内、国际标准的产品，提供最好最安全的产品和服务。”

       公司不断投入新的机器设备来提高产品的产量和质量，并为了实现更好的生产环境，2008年工厂搬迁至MUKONO，占地面积300英亩， 总资产达5000万美元，年产纸5000吨，在乌干达卫生纸行业里的市场占有率高达75%以上，更获得不少周边国家客户的青睐。并通过回收废纸为乌干达及周边国家的废纸提供了出路，赢得了效益。

      公司主要产品：脱墨原纸、增白原纸、纯木浆原纸、黄板纸、LUXURY/SOFT&CLEAN品牌卫生纸、餐巾纸、高档抽纸巾、办公复印纸、LMZ植物牙膏、PE胶袋、可燃性生物木质颗粒等等。

      发展规划：计划在二至三年间加速拓展东非地区纸业的市场占有率，通过产品来赢得更多的客户，为非洲人民创造一个更好的明天。

Global Paper (East Africa) Co. Ltd. was founded in 1999 with a capital investment of 4.8 million U.S. dollars. It is the only large-scale papermaking enterprise in East Africa that takes the lead in using environmentally friendly and energy-saving waste paper recycling process. Since its approval by UNBS in year 2000, it has achieved the Uganda national quality inspection standards yearly and is one of the first companies to use the UNBS certification mark. In May 2010 the company passed ISO9001: 2008 international quality management system. The corporate goal is "to produce high quality, low cost products that meet the national and international standards and to provide the best and safest products and services." 
     In order to achieve a better production environment, the company has continuously invested in new machinery and equipment to improve the output and quality of its products. In 2008, the factory relocated to MUKONO and covers an area of 300 acres with total assets of 50 million U.S. dollars and annual output of 5,000 tons of paper. In Uganda's toilet paper industry, the company market share is as high as 75%, and it also won the favor of many customers in neighboring countries. It has provided a way to benefit from waste paper in Uganda and neighboring countries through recycling of waste paper 
        Our main products are deinking base paper, whitening base paper, pure wood base paper, yellow board paper, LUXURY / SOFT & CLEAN tissue paper, napkin, upscale tissue paper, office copy paper, LMZ toothpaste, PE plastic bag, flammable bio-wood particles and many more. 
     Development Plan: to accelerate the expansion of the paper market share in East Africa within two to three years, win more customers through high quality products and create a better tomorrow for African people.
